Day 1: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga Desert
Your tour begins early with pickup from your hotel or riad in Fes. Head south through the majestic Middle Atlas Mountains, offering a dramatic change of scenery.
Highlights of the Day:
Ifrane: Often called “the Switzerland of Morocco,” this tidy mountain town offers unique Alpine-style architecture and a clean, peaceful atmosphere.

Midelt: A mountain town nestled between the Middle and High Atlas, known for its apple orchards and refreshing air.
Ziz Valley: A breathtaking drive through one of Morocco’s longest oasis valleys, filled with palm groves and ksar villages.
Arrive in Merzouga, your gateway to the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes. Here, you’ll meet your camel caravan and trek into the golden dunes, enjoying the silence of the desert as the sun sets over the sands.
Reach your luxury desert camp, where you’ll enjoy traditional Berber cuisine, music around the campfire, and a night under a sky filled with stars.
Overnight in a Sahara Desert Camp.
Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley
Wake early to catch a spectacular Sahara sunrise, a moment of stillness and beauty. After breakfast and a refreshing shower at the camp or in a hotel, continue your journey westward.
Highlights of the Day:
Rissani: Explore this desert market town, the former capital of the Tafilalet region and the birthplace of Morocco’s ruling dynasty. It’s known for its bustling traditional souk and desert culture.
Todra Gorges: Walk between towering limestone cliffs that rise up to 300 meters, carved over millennia by the Todra River. A favorite spot for climbers and photographers.
Dades Valley: Drive through the Valley of a Thousand Kasbahs, filled with earthen fortresses, red rock canyons, and fertile gardens. The winding road into the gorge is especially scenic.
Relax for the evening in a comfortable guesthouse or hotel nestled within the Dades Gorges.
Overnight in Dades Valley with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 3: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Tizi n’Tichka – Marrakech
On the final day of your journey, cross the dramatic High Atlas Mountains to reach the imperial city of Marrakech.
